Highlights for the last year:
G-IV Lower Front Spar Corrosion Repair
During a visual opportunity maintenance check, corrosion was found emanating from and above a previous skin repair. Corroded skin volume was removed. Structural integrity was restored through the use of fillers, support plates, doublers, external straps and the development of an Adjunct Supplemental Inspection Program using NDI techniques to monitor the structural health of the lower center wing leading edge skin and spar, between BL50.4L to BL50.4R on Gulfstream G-IV, N297PJ, S/N 1160 Front Lower Skin Plank for Phoenix Air Group (pictured at right).
